These terms apply to purchases from WOLVRAX and use of this Shopify-hosted store. Contact us at sleantros@gmail.com. Our contact details, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are available through the store and form part of the information provided for your purchase.

Orders and payment

You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and be legally able to make the purchase. Review the product, size, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting payment. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are presented before you confirm the order. A payment receipt or automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we will notify you of any inability to fulfill it and refund any unavailable items.

Products and availability

Most products are produced to order. Use the size guide on each individual product; fit and measurements vary between styles. Supplier-generated images illustrate the intended design and placement. Screen colors and minor manufacturing tolerances can affect appearance, but products must correspond to their description and your mandatory rights remain unchanged. We will not replace an ordered product with a different product without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery availability and charges depend on the products and delivery address. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Refer to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for delivery issues, cancellations, defects and any applicable withdrawal rights. Contact us promptly if your order details need correction.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or infringe third-party rights. WOLVRAX branding, artwork and store content may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.

Errors, changes and consumer rights

If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to explain it and offer the option to proceed on corrected terms or receive a refund. Updates to these terms apply to future purchases, not retroactively to an accepted order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any mandatory laws and competent consumer forums remain available to you.
