Refund policy

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Contact WOLVRAX at sleantros@gmail.com with your order number before sending any item back. We will confirm the correct instructions and return destination. Do not send returns to the business contact address without instructions.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items

Please report the issue promptly and, where possible, within 30 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, the problem and relevant packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed issue, without charging you for remedying our error. Contact us before returning an affected item; a physical return may not be necessary. This reporting period does not reduce statutory rights or applicable legal time limits.

US orders: change of mind and size selection

Our products are produced to order. For US orders, we do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges solely because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or color, or no longer want an item. Please use the product-specific size guide before ordering. This does not apply when we supplied an incorrect or defective item or where applicable law requires a return or refund.

Cancellations and changes

Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee a change once production has started. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item rather than substitute a different product without your agreement.

Refunds

We will tell you the outcome after reviewing your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the refund. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, eligible non-personalized goods may be returned by notifying us within 14 days of delivery and sending them back within the following 14 days. Made-to-order production alone does not mean a standard WOLVRAX product is personalized. You bear the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise; defective or incorrect items are handled at our expense. Refunds include the applicable standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Any legally applicable exceptions and remedies remain in force.
