Shipping policy

WOLVRAX products are produced to order. Production and shipping are separate stages. The delivery estimate and shipping charge depend on the product, quantity and destination; review the information shown for your items and at checkout before payment.

United States delivery

We serve eligible US delivery addresses. Enter your complete address and ZIP code at checkout to see available methods and the final shipping charge. Availability can differ for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and military addresses. If no method is offered, contact us before ordering.

Separate shipments and tracking

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive separately. Each shipment may have its own tracking number. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Address changes and delays

Check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. Email sleantros@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once production or dispatch begins, changes may no longer be possible. Any applicable reshipping cost will be explained before you agree to pay it.

Missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact sleantros@gmail.com promptly with your order number and details. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please report delivery issues within 30 days of delivery, or the estimated delivery date for a missing parcel, so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. This reporting request does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Any customs charges that are not collected at checkout depend on the destination and applicable rules; contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
